Welp, these are supposedly the top players at C according to my source material but I was a little underwhelmed by this group, wonder how many G are going to pop up as C in the draft?
Dickerson is a bulldozer and if it wasn't for his long history of injuries at the college level he would be a no brainer, his big and dominant but heavy in a good and a bad way. Myers is better if you want your C to move and help you closer to the sidelines. Humphrey is an anchor, he wont give much when pushed. Hill is massive and can dominate but isn't as good with his feet as the other three. Jackson might not be as big but he plays hard.
Morrissey is as average a C can get with inconsistencies to maintain his blocks. Kramer is a plug with descent feet but is a lost cause at open field blocks. Menet is the opposite of Kramer, will get beat often by DTs but is better at the second level. Dalman seems to be learning the position still, when he gets it together he looks good but its not often. Mccollum just looks like he was placed as C because of his size and there was no one better on that team.
The players that could make a quick impact on the Bears are going to fly off the board due to lack of talent at the position this year. Dickerson, Myers and Humphreys I don't believe there will be there past the second round. That would leave Hill and Jackson at the middle rounds, but with no 4th rounder for the Bears, I would probably pass on a C this year with other bigger needs on the team and hopefully there are better options at G to take one late in the draft to make either Whitehair or Daniels compete against Mustipher for the C position.
