There isnt really a must have RB this year but I placed Williams ahead of Harris because I believe that J. Williams is more ready to help a team now than Harris is, I believe he needs blockers and get stronger to reach his potential, Williams is faster and has enough stregth to punish defenders with better balance and is a better receiver and blocker right now, in the long run Harris might be better than Williams.
Then comes a trio of favorite RBs I have. Hill, Mitchell and Gainwell are guys that bring diferent tools to help teams day 1. Hill his a good runner and receiver with vision, Mitchell is a more a power back that can catch from the backfield and Gainwell is a very shifty runner with speed and good hands.
Two of the more favorite RBs on other boards I pushed them down in part due to size, they are similar backs that are fast and quick enough and will not go down if you go for their leg, but upper body strength is lacking.
Jefferson is an interesting back that shows to be shifty with patience and a small burt to cuts and attack his lane with ease and uses vision to follow his blockers. Another interesting prospects for other reasons is Felton who runs like a power back even if he doenst have the size, then he is capable of moving to the slot and be another capable WO for his team. P. Williams is another of my favorite runers that has good speed, agility and vision to burst through holes and display great balance because of his compact size.

Its really not a big need for the Bears to draft a RB now that they signed Damien Williams, so I wouldnt expect them to consider picking someone until R6 where they have 4 picks available. P. Williams might be there or Knox to get some depth, maybe Roundtree or  Herbert fall, if they want another Jordan Howard they can pick Stevenson.
